ageless
clinics™ specialise in cosmetic beauty providing anti wrinkle treatments
in Surrey, Middlesex and Devon.
Here at ageless clinics™, we like to develop a treatment plan for
you. It’s always useful to do this as it allows active participation
from you. This way we can prioritise what is most important to you and enable us to achieve the results desired.
Kathryn Carson MA, BSc (Hons), Lic LCCH, RN, RSHom, our lead
clinical aesthetic practitioner offers you a complimentary skin
assessment and discussion on the approach to your new look.
At ageless clinics™ we consider the consultation to
be pivotal in the decision making process. We match what
is achievable to the correct non surgical approach to match your
requirements.
Although, there is much the medical aesthetic approach can offer.
It is not possible in all cases to offer this method of treatment
when surgical intervention might be the preferred option.

The summer is finally here! Time to get out your dresses, sunglasses, bikinis for a lovely hot summer. But don’t forget your sunscreen! Sunscreen is very important to protect all our skins from ultra violet light.
UVA rays don't burn, but penetrate deep into the skin. They are responsible for cell damage that contributes to ageing and skin cancer.
UVB rays burn the topmost layer of skin, causing sunburn and cell damage that can lead to cancerous changes. Sun protection factor (SPF) measures the strength of a cream's sun filter against UVB rays.
Even the highest SPF broad spectrum sunscreen cannot fully protect against UVA and UVB rays. This is why people should cover up and stay in the shade at the hottest times of the day (11am-3pm).
A good tip here is to avoid going into direct sunlight when your shadow is shorter than you are.
Even in the winter months UVA and UVB wavelengths are present therefore sunscreen should be used as part of a daily routine. Sunscreen will also reduce the likelihood of premature ageing! The best sunscreens have titanium dioxide and zinc oxide as ingredients.
DO NOT forget to use your sunscreen before your leave the house! |
